All of our project files are composed in After Effects CS3 or CS4 (see each description) that means it is compatible with After Effects CS3 or CS4 and CS5 on a Windows, or a Mac based OS. It doesnt matter what kind of operating system youre running, or which version. All you need is After Effects CS3 for the CS3 projects, After Effects CS4 to work with CS3 and CS4 projects or CS5 to work with CS3 or CS4 projects. Please be aware that earlier versions of After Effects CS3 are NOT compatible.

Every purchased project file from www.aedude.com comes with a detailed VIDEO TUTORIAL (with voice) and a PDF-document with instructions! Youll get a packed zip-file with the original after effects project file, and every necessary footage file to reproduce the purchased animation, exept demo clips in footage windows of some project previews.

Every "video-window" in each project is a seperate precomposition inside the after effects project to make these projects as easy customizable as possible. All you have to do is to replace the demo-picture with your own clips or photos in these precomps, change the demo-text into your text and render it out. That is all, however basic knowledge of after effects is required.

Every element in our projects can be changed and customized to your needs. Colours, layers, effects, camera movement - everything is possible, it just depends on your After Effects skills. But as already mentioned: for all common changes basic knowledge is sufficient.

The standard resolution of every project-file is full HD 1980x1080 pixels to allow every possible usage. Additionally nearly every project contains following preconfigured resolutions (see each description): HD 1280x720, PAL 1024x576 and NTSC 864x486. Of course you change all projects into any resolution or video-format easily by configuring the render settings in after effects.

This is a legal agreement between You and the president of AEdude.com Andreas Bierwirth, Maltesterstr. 11B, 50859 Cologne, Germany. If you use this website you are bound by the terms of this Agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY

These after effects templates may be used for all types of presentations. But you may not put them on a diskette, CD, web site or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. You can not give them away or post them on websites for download. If you do, legal action may be taken against you. You can not change the template and then resell the template on your own site. You can not change the template then give it away or post it on a website to be downloaded.

AEdude.com Templates are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. AEdude.com will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to downloading or using a template. In no event shall AEdude.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the templates and/or information from AEdude.com.

AEdude.com reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms with no prior notice. Understand this is a legally binding contract, and violation will have consequences where this document may be used against you.

INDEMNIFICATION

From time to time the porting of particular Footage or Content may not be feasible and We may remove any such content from the Website without any liability to You. You are responsible for assessing Your hardware and transmission needs.

(c) We assume no responsibility for anything arising from the possession or use of Footage, content or video obtained from us or used via the Website.

(d) We make no warranty that Our Service or use of the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. We make no warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Website or Content purchased on the Website.

(e) We make no warranty with respect to software, if any, used in connection with the Services on or provided by the Website.

IMPORTANT!

All sales are final. As soon as you buy the product, your purchases are charged to the credit card or paypal account you used. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase. These products are digital downloads and can not be destroyed or returned. It's impossible to give a refund for products that are not tangible.

This copyright is protected under german and International copyright law. AEdude.com own and reserve all rights, except for those specifically granted by the license agreement below.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a non-exclusive (Same rights to an intellectual property granted to several licensees within the same scope or field) non-transferable license binding contract between you and AEdude.com. Please make sure to read this contract carefully before using the After Effects Templates. If you choose not to accept this negotiated settlement, you must destroy the project files. By using any part of the contents contained in the project download, you are agreeing to the following terms:

A. The Project Files (After Effects Templates) may only be used on only 1 computer at a time.

B. The Project Files (After Effects Templates) may be used, changed, and integrated in your work. You MAY NOT sell, redistribute, integrate any of the files in a template or give away anything in the project download. You must accept the After Effects Template "as is" with no express or implied warranty.

C. The Project Files (After Effects Templates) may not be used with or within a production involving publicity or development of illegal business.

D. The Project Files (After Effects Templates) may not be channeled to any third parties through networked processing systems.

E.
